Produksi Energi Hijau (Biogasoline dan Bioavtur) dengan Katalis CeN Berpendukung Si/Al dari Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS)

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memproduksi biogasoline dan bioavtur melalui konversi Crude Palm Oil (CPO) menggunakan katalis CeN berpendukung Si/Al dari Tandan Kosong Kelapa Sawit (TKKS). Katalis ini dihasilkan dari silika TKKS, memiliki sifat bifungsional dengan logam cerium sebagai komponen utama. Proses hydrocracking CPO dilakukan pada berbagai suhu, yaitu 300ºC, 350ºC, dan 400ºC. Hasil analisis GC-MS menunjukkan konversi CPO menghasilkan produk berupa biogasoline, bioavtur, dan biosolar. Produktivitas biogasoline maksimal pada suhu 300ºC, sementara bioavtur maksimal pada suhu 350ºC. Penelitian ini menciptakan alternatif ramah lingkungan dari limbah pertanian (TKKS) untuk memproduksi bahan bakar nabati. Katalis CeN-Si/Al dari TKKS menjadi langkah menuju energi hijau yang berkelanjutan.
