Ekstraksi Logam Cd, Pb dan Fe Dalam Air Menggunakan Resin Dowex 50wx2-200 secara bersamaan Untuk Meningkatkan Nilai Absorbansi Pada Pengujian Secara SSA-Nyala: Pengaruh pH, Laju Alir dan Berat Resin

Abstract


Teknik preparasi untuk pengujian logam Cd, Pb dan Fe dalam konsentrasi yang sangat kecil telah dilakukan secara ekstraksi fase padat menggunakan resin DOWEX 50WX2-200 di dalam kolom ekstraksi secara bersamaan. Logam yang terserap pada resin dilepaskan kembali menggunakan larutan asam nitrat dengan volume yang lebih kecil dari volume sampel, sehingga terjadi proses pemekatan logam dalam sampel. Pada saat sampel diukur menggunakan SSA-nyala maka akan terjadi peningkatan nilai absorbansi yang akan meningkatkan akurasi hasil.

Optimasi kondisi ekstraksi larutan dilakukan menggunakan larutan model yang mengandung Cd, Pb dan Fe masing-masing 0,1 mg/L sebanyak 50 ml. Diperoleh kondisi optimum pada pH 3, laju alir 1 ml/menit,  dan berat resin 0,5 g. Proses elusi dilakukan  menggunakan asam nitrat 1 N 10 ml (faktor pengayaan 5 kali).

Pengujian akurasi metode menggunakan Certified Reference Material, CRM  (PotableWatR cat.697, ERA a Waters Company) dengan hasil untuk logam Cd dan Pb sesuai dengan nilai sertifikat, untuk Fe masih belum memenuhi nilai sertifikat. Secara umum nilai akurasi masih berada dalam batas keberterimaan antara 70-125% dengan presisi metode cukup memuaskan untuk semua logam (%RSD < 8).
